Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

[Conditions for Returns & Exchanges]We accept returns or exchanges only if the delivered product falls under one of the following:

1.You received a different product from what you ordered.

2.The product has fatal defects (damage or stains) that significantly impair its appreciation.

If either of the above applies, please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival, attaching photos of the defective area.

[Cases Where Returns & Exchanges are Not Accepted]We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason in the following cases:

1.Contact is made 8 days or more after product arrival.

2.Products that have been scratched, soiled, or damaged by the customer.

3.Packages (bags, cases, tubes) that have been lost or discarded.

4.Reasons such as "different from the image" or "colors are different from what I expected" due to the customer's viewing environment (monitor, smartphone, etc.).

5.Minor scratches or dents on the outer box (packaging materials) that do not affect the artwork itself.

[Returns & Refunds]

We will bear the return shipping costs if a return is approved (we will specify a shipping method with tracking).

For international shipments, import duties, consumption taxes (VAT, etc.), and customs clearance fees paid by the customer are not eligible for a refund from us. Please contact your local customs office for details.

・Refunds will be made according to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned product arrives and its condition is confirmed by us.

・Items shipped via International AIR Packet that are lost or damaged in transit (this service does not include loss or damage compensation).
