Shipping policy

[Made-to-Order & Processing Time]
As most of our products are made-to-order, it may take some time before shipment. We will contact you individually if there are any delays. Please note that delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to customs procedures or logistics conditions (weather, social conditions, etc.) in the destination country.

[Shipping Rates & Methods]
Shipping rates vary depending on product size and destination. The shipping method is determined by us; customers cannot select a specific carrier or request specific delivery dates/times.

[International Shipping & Customs Duties]
We accept international shipments. For orders outside of Japan, import duties, taxes (VAT, etc.), and customs clearance fees may apply. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer). We cannot accept returns or cancellations due to refusal to pay customs duties. If a package is returned to Japan due to the customer's absence, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

[Packaging]
We use dedicated cardboard packaging for our prints. Depending on the order content and size, some prints may be shipped rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube. For A3,A4 size prints shipped within Japan, we use flat boxes to ensure safe delivery.

[Disclaimer]
While we take the utmost care in preparing our packages, damage may occur during transit after the package has been handed over to the carrier. We are not liable for minor external damage to the packaging (scratches, dents) that does not affect the integrity of the artwork itself.

Please note that postcards shipped internationally are sent via International AIR Packet. This service includes tracking but does not cover loss or damage compensation. We appreciate your understanding.
